Once you are a fat man, you are always a fat man!!! Why on earth did I get myself fat by eating at McDonald for the last 2 months??? I can't get these fat out of my belly. I've gained 15lb(2 inches on belly). I must wear black T-shirt now coz it can cover up the belly little bit. Don't expect me to wear tight clothes. I need a Shake'N bake workout to shake them off. You come back for more information on this Shake'n bake plan I have to lose weight.

Again, I've purchased the digital camera, you will see some ugly pictures of me soon. those that are out of shaped.
